TERMS OF PARTICIPATION INSTAGRAM WINNER GAME (July 2022)

The Sweepstakes is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed or organized in any way by Facebook or Instagram. Participation in the competition is only possible under the conditions listed here. By participating, the participant expressly accepts these conditions of participation.
With a comment under the post, the participant expressly and bindingly accepts the following conditions of participation.
The “FISH WATER ADVENTURE” group reserves the right to cancel or end the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons.
Prize & participation:
Registration for the sweepstakes starts on 07/03/2022 at 09:00 and ends on 07/10/2022 at 23:59.
To win it gives a fishing vacation in the hotel Bräurup in Mittersill in Salzburg for 2 persons over 4 days/3 nights inclusive half-board and a fishing map per person. The winner will be selected at random from all participants on Instagram and agrees to have his/her Instagram name mentioned in the sweepstakes post for the purpose of prize notification.
To participate, you need to be a follower of the Instagram page of ABENTEUER FISCHWASSER and write a comment under the corresponding sweepstakes post.
Comments that violate Instagram policies, Austrian law, and copyright will be removed without notice upon becoming known. The participant is excluded from the raffle.
Eligible are people who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation and who are resident in Austria, Germany, Italy or Switzerland.
The raffle for the free stay takes place after the execution period has expired, excluding the public and guaranteeing the random principle.
The winner will be informed about the prize via the comment function of the Instagram post. Winners must report their contact and address details via “private message” to the “ABENTEUER FISCHWASSER” Instagram page within 3 business days (from notification of win). If winners do not confirm acceptance of the prize during this period, their claim to the voucher will be forfeited without compensation. A substitute winner will then be determined at random. There is no obligation to accept the prize.
The winner receives a voucher and contacts the ABENTEUER FISCHWASSER member company directly to reserve and book the free stay.
The voucher is valid until October 2023.
The prize cannot be redeemed in cash. The judges’ decision is final.
Data processing: Insofar as personal data is collected from participants within the framework of the competition, these will be collected, processed and used by the organizer exclusively for the purpose of carrying out the competition and will be deleted after the competition has ended. The participant expressly agrees to this. The participant can revoke this consent at any time by letter, fax or email.
