Some of the biggest fish in Carinthia were caught here (pike 141 cm with 18 kg). Especially the Afritzersee is unobstructed and natural and is located in a protected landscape area. The two lakes are about 2 km away from each other and are very easy to reach by car and bike directly from the Brennseehof family sports resort.
As an excellent children’s hotel, Brennseehof is also the first address for children’s fishing. At the “Kids Fishing Taster” young guests can make their first own fishing experiences under professional guidance.
